All sales at Amritha Jewels are final. Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amrithajewelstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7012795865, along with photos/video of the product and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or returned.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is approved (for a cancelled order, or an eligible damaged/defective/incorrect item), it will be issued either:

• To your original payment method (typically processed within 5–7 business days), or
• As Amritha Jewels store credit, if you prefer
